Every time I call them to get a refill of a single RX I spend anywhere from 30min- a full Hour on the phone. This last time the lady I spoke with told me it would be all set and shipped out the following day to my Doctors office. That next night at about 18:30 I received a call from Briova stating I had a medication that needed to be refilled. (what?
