Gary is an excellent massage therapist. He helped me so much. However, as a business, Brio ranks quite poorly. After providing excellent care for over eight months, my next appointment was canceled via email by Brio due to "scheduling conflicts" and said I'd be contacted for reschedule. I was never contacted. I reached out multiple times to no avail. Then when approached again a form email was sent with no truthful explanation or information. Honesty goes a long way with me. I have been going to see Gary since my pregnancy with my youngest daughter. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout pregnancy. He was a blessing throughout my C-section recovery and getting to a point of my scar not being absolutely unbearable; he never got frustrated with setbacks and continued to offer different techniques until we found something that actually worked. I’ve been a client for almost a year and I want to encourage everyone to give Brio Massage and Wellness a try. Just yesterday I went in and had major hip pain on one side. Gary knew just what type of pressure/massage to use to help the pain subside. Each appointment begins with a brief verbal assessment to decide what the focus will be for the day. You can choose to converse or just relax after the session begins. I recommend Brio to everyone and wish I could give more than 5 stars!
