Not as good as before. Didn't have the bottle of wine we wanted or the italian beer! service was ok. Dinners came out incomplete and luke warm. Miss the old Brio
I used to enjoy Brio, but my last visit was disappointing. They no longer bring bread and butter while you wait your food, and I ordered a mango iced tea which used to include refills—this time I was charged $5 for each glass. On top of that, the server was very insistent about ordering more drinks, which made us uncomfortable and led us to order things we didn’t really want. Sadly, it doesn’t feel like the same place anymore.
I had a wonderful time at Brio for my son's birthday. Our server just like his name sake was full of Joy. Such a charismatic young man. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very welcoming.
