Sitting outside on a beautiful Saturday for lunch was a great appeal. That's about it. The restaurant was not busy but our server was not polite, he seemed bothered we were there, he explained my lunch item wrong so I had to send the dish back, the other few tables recieved thier food before us and we just had salads so I got the impression he forgot our order. The drinks were refreshing, the bread was tasty but I wouldn't recommend it go back again.
Our waitress Ava is always amazing. Her hospitality is wonderful and she is very attentive to all our needs. Jamie the Manager is great as well. She walked around ti make sure her dining room was happy and she came over to our table multiple times to make sure all was okay with us. Hands down the restaurant and all have great hospitality. I will definitely dine here again and again! Thank you Brio Family at UTC, you all are amazing!
I arrived at brio a hour before they closed and the manager Stephen came up to my table and says “we usually close around this time we just didn’t shut the door but we will still take you” this made be feel very uncomfortable and when the server angel came I asked can we just get it to go but she insisted we stay and made the experience way more pleasant. Everytime you go to brio ask for her!!
My boyfriend and I came in about an hour before closing, expecting a normal dining experience, but it quickly felt uncomfortable. A manager came to our table named Stephen and said he “typically close at 10 for spring hours,” even though online hours say 11, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. We even considered taking our food to go because of it. That said, our server Angel was amazing.
