Wonderful atention
Had such a lovely lunch with my girlfriend! Everything was laid-back and enjoyable, and Renee, our server, was absolutely wonderful. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, and the perfect spot for a girls’ lunch. We had a wonderful time! 🤍
Jamie and her team, including Austin and Vanessa, did an incredible job for a large event we held at Brio tonight. They were thoughtful, helpful, and every one of our guests were incredibly pleased with the service and the presentation of the food. Amazing spot at the mall to have a great meal but they are totally capable of handling a large group, we will be back! Thank you Brio team!.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Brio was disappointing from start to finish. First, there were gnats flying everywhere while I was trying to eat my dinner. It was extremely unpleasant. The server (Brett) was great friendly, attentive, and made the experience brighter. Then, I accidentally left my wallet there. When I called the next day, the man I spoke to hung up on me. I called back, and he apologized, saying he looked in the safe and there was no wallet.
