I don't recommend going here. I was going to the Harrison Bridge RD location and my doctor was great, but the billing department is NOT. They are extremely hard to reach about issues. I have two insurances yet they keep sending me a bill. When calling them they say they only billed one of the insurances. They billed my secondary insurance, but not my primary insurance. I would NOT recommend going to any of their locations. The Greenville location discharged me as a patient, because after my first visit. I asked for a different provider. I did not like the way my visit went and did not feel that she would be able to correctly treat me in the future. I had a complaint about the NP and called to speak with the clinic manager. The providers are awesome, especially Erin Rogers, PA. I chose this place because of there mission statement to help others. The encouraging scriptures around the office is always inspiring when I walk in feeling down, I always leave with a smile knowing I have the support of my physician and her staff.

This was the worst office visit of my entire life. They were rude, confrontational, condescending. Even my office visit notes were incorrect. Went in for knee issues and they never even looked at them.When I reported the incident, all I got was a thank you for sharing.
