The doctors and care at BRIO were great, however their billing practices are horrible and appear to be worse with Novant. I am cancelling future appointments and going elsewhere, like many others. That was my plan before Novant took over.

Not sure how it’s so highly rated. I needed a sick appointment for the first time in several years and they want me to wait 2 days or go to an ER instead. Won’t take walk ins either. So you have to decide between health and suffering for two days or spending over 1000$ for an ER visit. Extremely weird and difficult experiences trying to get in touch with anyone on the phone or chat lately to make appointments. I’ve tried my daughter has tried multiple days. I don’t understand what is happening with your systems or your process but it’s rough when you can’t find a way to make an appointment for a simple dr visit with your primary care when you really need it for days on end

So glad I found a doctor at Brio when I moved to Greenville. She is a huge improvement over the other 2 doctors i tried, and love that they have appointments available if you are ill. Everyone there is amazing from the reception check-in to the phlebotomast who draws blood. Five Stars for sure!
