Don't walk - run from this place! Very shady realtors, high condo fees, little to no amenities, and the "water views" are a stretch. They have been through 3 management companies in as many years, and condo fees are almost surely to go UP in a big way soon. Also thinly constructed and very loud building. All of the positive reviews here were planted by the developer and home owners after it took years to sell the building out!
Moving here from Miami was not easy, but we just love Brio luxury condos in Hingham. Ferry to the city and Logan airport, one block away our most famous restaurants across the street, shopping and Fresh Mkt, plus Trader Joes . Did I mention CVS all 5 minute walk. Just love living here with Weber Barbq and luxury sundeck on second floor. All Bosh appliances, and Peller doors. Even the garage is climate controlled. Wahooooo Brio Luxury Condos Hingham. PS Very pet friendly too.
