I came here Sunday morning and got the Q-tip service (exterior wash, interior wipe and vacuum) and paid extra because there was dog hair inside my car. Total came out to about $90 and they took less than an hour. Unfortunately I did not check the quality of the service until I got home later and realized they did not do a very thorough job. Lots of dog hair remained in the door pockets, and it did not look like they had given even a cursory wipe over some areas such as the dashboard. I will not be using this business again.

Highly recommend this car detail service. They detailed my wife’s Yukon XL Denali today and did a great job. Communication was excellent from the start, they were very responsive and answered questions quickly by text. What really stood out was their customer service after the detail was finished. A piece from the car was accidentally left behind, and they drove it out to my house within an hour. That level of responsiveness and follow-through is hard to find. Eddie and Brian were super nice and accommodating, a lot of quality work in the car wash and attention to detail. Comfortable space inside to hang out with free bottle water and coffee. Will be back
