Aggressively rude employee chased me off the private property when I attempted to inquire about parts.
2 brothers.. one excellent although not very knowledgeable on rv repairs.. gas still leaked from tanks.. other brother very rude and pretentious. Called the. In the morning for a minor fix, wouldn’t get there until 4 hours later. Called them back and told them I googled the issue and was able to resolve it myself. Don't park here for the bike trail! Even if it is on Sunday and the place is closed. He will scream at you until he is blue in the face. (He must live close by.) I guess he has a horrible life to be so mad at the world. I feel sorry for him.
"Fixed" a toilet leak last year in our camper. Charged $224 and then we closed. Opened up this year and the leak is WAY worse to the point we cant even turn the water on. My husband called and the owner was rude and offered no solution other than "Leave your keys at the campground and I'll get there when I get there to fix it again".
