I had an urgent imaging appointment at ChristianaCare and was able to get scheduled the same day, which I really appreciated because I was in a lot of pain. When I arrived there was a scheduling mix‑up, but the staff handled it quickly and made sure to squeeze me in. Everyone at the front desk was friendly despite how busy they were, and the tech who did my imaging was professional and reassuring. Overall, they took great care of me during a stressful moment and I’m grateful for how smoothly they handled everything.
Brinton Lake Imaging used to be easy to deal with. Today I tried to make an appointment, and the receptionist was rude and wouldn't listen to me. So I made the appointment elsewhere.
GREAT staff, particularly at the front desk and the techs, but the one star rating comes from the fact that I still haven't received my results from an MRI done 16 days ago. I've had about 5 MRIs over the years there, and the results always come within 2 business days, usually 1 day. I've been told 2 times now, that they have a new radiologist group, but seriously, how do I move forward with treatment, when I cannot even get a result after a couple weeks? What if I had a tumor?

Catscans, mri, mammogram, xrays, ultrasound..and more, i have had it all there and clean, timely, professional..wonderful experiences when treatment is necessary
