The quality of care is terrible. No one ever answers the phones or responds back to voicemails left. Docs want you to communicate through MyChart, but even then you'd hardly get a response. There's no appointment reminders at all. Want to see a doctor? You'll see a student instead. NPs do a better job at care than these docs in training do. Terrible service. I will be switching.
