Argument over the phone when I rang to say one of the barcodes on my fathers prescription isn’t valid, the person I spoke to would not accept that I was telling the truth, just argued with me, these are medications to help stop my 80 year old father from having another stroke. Maybe do some customer service training!!
Honestly, this practice seems to go from bad to worse since I joined. Customarily, a practice invites you to an introductory appointment when you join. This one does not. When you phone, you make an appointment. This one does not. All online now. Try to book appointment online, gives me a list of doctors to see, but no idea who does what. I have a specific need, and I cannot get specific help. I understand now why this place gets so bad reviews. It IS warranted and deserved.
Diabolical practice and abysmal service. From incompetent reception staff to a poor online booking system which doesn’t book an appointment. I’m not surprised at the low ratings. I’ve called multiple times for the receptionist to say “ I can’t help you as it’s all online” even after explaining no appointments can be booked due to an error. Shameful downfall to what was a satisfactory surgery, not surprised people are looking to move practices.
Although it can be frustrating waiting for an appointment sometimes i think there's a great team of professionals at the surgery and my family have generally been happy with the care received. Thanks!
Overall not a bad practice, can always get into see a dr when needed and the drs are usually helpful. Issues begin when you're given an appointment with an associate physician. Both who are absolutely wonderful BUT if they prescribe a medication you can expect to be waiting for it all day as the dr on call cannot be bothered to sign it. This has happened 3 times now and of the 3 occasions on one occasion the drs failed to sign it until the following day leaving us without essential pain relief for a child in agony.
