Diabolical practice and abysmal service. From incompetent reception staff to a poor online booking system which doesn’t book an appointment. I’m not surprised at the low ratings. I’ve called multiple times for the receptionist to say “ I can’t help you as it’s all online” even after explaining no appointments can be booked due to an error. Shameful downfall to what was a satisfactory surgery, not surprised people are looking to move practices.
Although it can be frustrating waiting for an appointment sometimes i think there's a great team of professionals at the surgery and my family have generally been happy with the care received. Thanks!
Overall not a bad practice, can always get into see a dr when needed and the drs are usually helpful. Issues begin when you're given an appointment with an associate physician. Both who are absolutely wonderful BUT if they prescribe a medication you can expect to be waiting for it all day as the dr on call cannot be bothered to sign it. This has happened 3 times now and of the 3 occasions on one occasion the drs failed to sign it until the following day leaving us without essential pain relief for a child in agony. Absolutely shocking service, my partner has been left now 4 days without medication and they are never on time with appointments, there is one specific receptionists that is just plain ignorant and rude. Wouldn't ever recommend signing up to this doctors
This is about my 81 year old mum. Visited GP surgery on 12/3.25 at 11:30 due an ongoing issue. Prescribed meds but at 16:00 hours no prescription at the nominated chemist. 14/3/35 -Visited GP to give a sample which was requested by the GP but it’s shut ( training ). Rang chemist still no prescription received 1:15pm from GP. Mum needs her meds in the morning, but no meds to take. The chemist suggested call 111 to get urgent meds. What an absolute disgrace, is this how our System treats our elderly, of course it is.
