My wife was booked in for 13:30 and arrived on time - only to be told when arriving that she was late and they’d wanted her there for 13:00 and they weren’t going to do her car?. Sent her away and said they’d rebook it if she wanted but they only work hourly on the hour.. Wasted an entire afternoon waiting for no reason
Brilliant service and very trustworthy. I asked for a full service, it wasn't required due to the mileage covered since the last one. So he just completed a quick check and and oil and filter change, saves me £100! He also defrosted my car as I had to leave it over night.
