B&S is too busy to take on new commercial work and no real sense of urgency for small scale projects. You may even have to rehash your agreement last minute. can’t speak to their quality of work.
I tried to get a quote to do a service so that they can fix my toilet but when the day has come for our appointment they didn't even bother to show up nor contact back.
Jeff from Brinson and Son's plumbing , came out same day to "snake out" the pipes at our house. Jeff was very polite and professional. I have used them in the past and have always been awesome. Jeff was running behind scheduled time but did give a courtesy call and kept me updated which I was okay with . Got me back online in about an hour and a half . Give them a try for your plumbing needs .
Our experience was less than positive. We hired Mr Brinson (jeff) to assess a bathtub shower leak and were charged an unreasonable amount even though the problem was not fixed. I reco you get assessment and quote prior to work being complete, and ensure that he does not attempt to charge for problems not repaired. YouTube videos provided simple solutions, if you are local and don't mind getting hands dirty. Not worth the overcharge.
