Outstanding experience from start to finish. Les listens carefully to the idea you have and makes it happen, paying attention to detail, providing sound advice and suggestions, and graciously accommodating different requests that come along the way. Les and his crew are extremely polite, leave the areas where they work clean at the end of each day and go the extra-mile to both please the customer and make the whole experience enjoyable. To top it all, his estimate was the best out of 3 additional builders we contacted.
I've used Les Brinson, for several projects and have always been impressed! Les sticks to his budget, hires quality subcontractors (painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.), returns calls promptly, attends to detail, offers reasonable, creative solutions to problems that crop up, and is a genuinely nice person to deal with. Les Brinson did a total bathroom remodel. Great to work with. If he gave you a time to be on-site, you could count on him being there. Great communication with schedule and time frame. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the remodel. He did a great job and we were very pleased with his work ethics.
