We had a fiasco with teleflora for a very special birthday and Brin came through for us to get the most beautiful arrangement to our friend! Thank you so much Brin and you saved the day!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was recently screwed over by teleflora when I placed an order for a friends birthday, which fell on 9/11. I wanted to make her birthday special. Teleflora gave me the run around after telling me that the order was out for delivery multiple times. At 8pm I was then told they cancelled the order. I reached out by text after the fiasco and was told to reach out on Saturday morning if I still needed help. I reached out next morning and I was told they would be happy to help me. Thank you ... read more
I had the pleasure of working with this team on a recent event - they were lovely! The communication was just as pristine as the florals they delivered. Highly recommend!
