They don't seem to do what they advertise for the little guys. Was told they only work for developers. I needed 4 acres redone for 3 lots she told me they don't do that. She stated developers and contractors but did not ask the purpose so I gave up. Either you do the work or you only do it for large cpanies. Very upset they are local but only want large options won't recommend. Why have two departments commercial and residential if you don't do both. Should say we only do x acres or $X dollar jobs.
