I just want to say that I was driving home in a very very nice brand new rental off turo going 45 down Power Inn Rd. when this Brinks van speeding by me on the left cuts me off to turn into a road to the right the road Ramona before Folsom Blvd. He got in front of me and kicked up a rock and it hit the windshield to my rental. I had issues with my sliders not arming. I called Brink’s customer service and got no help. I explained that I needed a tech to come out and fix the problem. As a senior citizen i couldn’t believe the things the customer service rep was asking me to do. I was Frustrated to no end and ask to speak to a supervisor. The phone rep had a very strong accent. Awful customer service. Charging my elderly Dad for a service he canceled month's ago, when he went to a new service that charges less for more. The reason he was looking to change was the key faubs he was given didn't work and lack of assistance in getting them to work. He's been with Brinks 7+ years and on top of charging him after he'd canceled they demanded $2,000 for early cancelation fee without even telling him there'd be a $2,000 early cancellation fee. WORST COMPANY EVER. OUT OF SERVICE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND they keep charging me for a service we don't have.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I never do reviews and I am very patient and tolerant, but the service at this branch is beyond even my patience. They NEVER communicate and do not deliver as scheduled or required and then the DO NOT contact you to let you know. I am beyond frustrated.
