Brinks keeps aggressively calling me and coming to my home to upgrade my system for free, but I don’t have any relationship with brinks, nor do we own any brinks affiliated equipment. They keep misrepresenting themselves as being sent from my real security company and presenting themselves on behalf of them. They can’t take no, and once you shut them down, they become vocally aggressive. After speaking to my security company, this is a fraud they propagate into getting new customers. Michael was awesome! Super friendly and really knew his stuff. He explained everything about my security system in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was set up perfectly.
