Working with Michael of Shield Security was wonderful. He provided excellent service the day we called. He gave us the information we needed to tailor a security system to our needs. His installation was same day! He is so knowledgeable! Thank you Michael!
Horrible experience! We cancelled our service more than a year ago and haven't used the alarm system since (which Brinks would certainly know and track). However, we recently received a notice from a credit agency demanding $430. No realistic option but to pay for something we never used. So...one star is being generous.
