Excellent, professional, knowledgeable and still believe in good honest customer service. I highly recommend Brinks Home Security for home security service.
A technical issue still exists.
If I could give less than one, I would. Our alarm went off for hours without anyone calling to check on us. Every piece of equipment is faulty. I took off work three separate days to meet the repairman, they never showed and didn’t call to explain. I finally cancelled the “monitoring” service (which wasn’t even possible without a working alarm) and they still want me to honor the contract.
