Excellent and rapid response in communication prior to arrival of this awesome husband & wife team. Loved the care taken during cleaning process to prevent damage to belongings and home. Really impressed with the information shared while they went through each room. All this and an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Glad we went with Tracy and Helen. First rate professionalism which is becoming harder to come by but I keep getting blessed with folks like them.

I had an excellent experience with Brinks Carpet Cleaning! They were able to come out quickly, which was a lifesaver. The team was professional, friendly, and thorough. Not only did they clean my carpets and make them look brand new, but they also stretched the carpet in several rooms, which made a huge difference. They even tackled some stubborn stains I thought would never come out. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I originally found Brinks Carpet cleaning as a word of mouth referral on a mom forum when I was asking for carpet cleaning. I have continued to hire them on a regular basis. As a mom of small children we've dealt with toilet accident messes. What seemed like an impossible mess to remove from carpet underneath barrier has been fully pulled up out of the carpet and pad below and our house has been left smelling fresh every time they've done it. Helen and her husband are such a lovely couple. So friendly. Timely. Thorough. We are so pleased that we have them come back every 6-9 months. This is the second time we have used their services. They always text 24 hours before the appointment to reconfirm. And they always text when they are on their way to your house. They are never late. They are professional and so friendly and helpful. 🥰🥰

This company is the best carpet cleaning company and they do a consistently great job! My carpets look brand new every time they come and I’ve used them for many years. I highly recommend them!
