I have been a Brinks customer for 30 years but must admit they are a very very poor company to deal with. Worst possible customer service and nobody ever gets back to me to follow up, It is impossible to get anyone to talk to when you have a problem of any kind. I have had great difficulty with late deposits ( picked up and deposited up to 10 days later) and no show for a pick up but still charged. Very difficult to have someone correct an incorrect invoice.
