WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. ALWAYS LATE. NO SHOWS. NEVER ANSWER, AND WHEN THEY DO ETA REQUESTS ARE LIES.
Whatever you do, do not use Brinks home security. I canceled my service which was inoperable for months. When I canceled they gave me my final bill. They came back later for 8.98. Unbelievable for a service I had not used in 6mths. They threatened to report me to the credit bureau for 8.98. Disrespectful, I will never use this service and I would advise you to try another security company.
This company lacks consistency, integrity, thoroughness, and their services are over-priced. I recently took over the account of a deceased relative. Having called 3 to 4 times, I had the hardest time getting consistent information. I was told that by providing a death certificate I could take over my (deceased) relative's account; when in fact, the Brinks' policy is to close the account of the deceased person and open a new account with a new number for the person who requested it (at the same location). Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE BRINKS. Sales rep TY Johnson did not disclose I needed a doorbell at my home for the service/camera to work. Technician stated service would not work unless I had an installed doorbell. I requested to cancel as I was not paying an electrician to install a doorbell. The technician had already installed the Brinks panel but had to remove it and reinstall my Vivant panel.
