I called to let them know I switched services and to cancel in Nov 2025, while the installer was in my home. They continue charging my account until I found out in January. I called again to request a refund and cancel. And they continue charging my card amyway. I found out in September when I got my new bank card. They refuse to remove the charges, and want to charge me another month. Beware.
Worst company ever. I told them that my state mandated a security system for my business and I had 2 weeks to get it up and running. A few days later I get the system and call to set it up. Almost a 3 month wait! After getting the runaround I finally got a return shipping label. Fast forward 3 months they are still billing me and hang up on me as soon as they answer. GO WITH COVE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES.
