My 1 star review is solely based on this truck parked in 2 spots marked for tesla charging. I can only imagine that the thought process behind this action is tolerated and encouraged by the highest ups. Thinking about the quality of their performance and wondering how it flows into the craftsmanship provided. Would hate to think this is how my name got displayed in the market, knowing how saturated it is, but idk!
I am a current resident at one of the apartment complexes they are working on and I really wish I wouldn't have moved in here while they were still working. Nails in the parking lot and fire alarms going off for 30-90 minutes at a time multiple times a day is really getting annoying. There are no warnings or notices provided to the community. I understand tests are necessary but this is excessive. They also take no care in the final punch list items for the units - my unit was FILTHY when I moved in - Drywall dust EVERYWHERE... read more
