Stopped by with my son's car to see if I could get it looked at at some point as he was home from college and the engine light was on :-( Walked in and saw a lady behind the desk who didn't have a very happy look on her face. I gave a cheerful "hello" and asked if someone could help. The answer was simply: "no" :-(( With dashed hopes, I was glad to get out of there and go find a compassionate soul at a different place who was able to get us on the schedule.
