I usually do not do this sort of thing, but Janice was very helpful and sent someone out right away. Dillon was super helpful and had my problem fixed promptly and was very polite and answered my questions.

We’re incredibly happy with the service provided by Brinkman Plumbing. They replaced our old cast iron vertical pipes in the basement after a hole was discovered, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Very happy with the Brinkman service. Within a day of my contact with them, a repairman was at my home to correct the problem. The repairman sent a text when he was on the way and, upon arrival, the issue was quickly determined and repaired! It’s always a plus when each person I dealt with was polite, responsive and friendly. I will not hesitate to contact them with any future plumbing needs!
Just called to have sewer line snaked, because it is backing up into basement. Janice asked if Brinkman has ever done work at my house. I said no. She then promptly said we are not taking new customers. Well thank you lady. I will never use Brinkman or attempt to call Brinkman again.
