I talked to them about the vinyl on the back of my trailer of Facebook. They were very nice and polite, but not very helpful. They told me they could not sell me the part to replace the vinyl that was damaged because it was a retail part I’ve seen multiple people be able to purchase other parts that broke on their trailer. I would understand if it was an upgrade, but this is just a piece that came with the trailer, I now have to call another company to outsource it. Definitely a pain all for a small scratch on the vinyl.

These people are the best !! And the quality and workmanship for a camper is unbelievable. I slightly damaged the front wall in my garage and these people took very good care of me fix fixing this. I can’t say enough good things about them.
We had wonderful experience at Brinkley Service only made better by our service contact Keri Young. Keri and her team went well beyond our expectations. They did a thorough job and even fixed items we didn’t list! Keri even gifted our dog a few gifts. I would not hesitate to recommend Keri and the outstanding customer service provided by Brinkley RV.
