I am a proud owner of a Brinkley RV and have nothing but great things to say about my RV and Brinkley as a company.
On each occasion that we’ve had our Z2900 at Brinkley’s service center, we’ve had nothing less than exceptional service from all the folks there.
I talked to them about the vinyl on the back of my trailer of Facebook. They were very nice and polite, but not very helpful. They told me they could not sell me the part to replace the vinyl that was damaged because it was a retail part I’ve seen multiple people be able to purchase other parts that broke on their trailer. I would understand if it was an upgrade, but this is just a piece that came with the trailer, I now have to call another company to outsource it. Definitely a pain all for a small scratch on the vinyl.
