Brinkley went above and beyond with fixing every problem that was wrong with our Toy Hauler. They even fixed things that they thought were design defects that we didn't even realize. Couldn't have asked for a better service team.
We recently worked with Brinkley’s customer care team to repair a sidewall crack on our G3950. Not only did they stand behind their product, but they also covered transportation to their facility since we couldn't bring it in ourselves. Beyond the initial repair, they went out of their way to fix damage and mistakes caused by a local dealer. Our Model Z 3610 RV was serviced at the Brinkley Service center in Indiana for a crack on the curb side of our rig. Our Brinkley contact for the service (Jenn Doud) provided us with weekly updates and responded quickly to all our questions. The Brinkley service team strengthened the structure on the side of the crack and also on the other side of the RV. The entire fiberglass side with the crack was replaced. Their customer care service department is top notch and words can’t express how well they treated us when our 2025 Brinkley Z3100 had a couple warranty issues. We towed our Brinkley from Boonville, IN to Goshen, IN and was greeted as if we were family by Jenn, Ryan, Darrin and Kelsey.
