Excellent customer service! Worked us i to their schedule and resolved the issue with the refrigerator by swapping it with a new one. I can not praise Dena enough. Just wish they would drop Furrion refrigerators. Too many issues.
We could write a novel on our experiences with the Brinkley Customer Care Team. From first contact they have been responsive, transparent, empathetic and supportive. These actions continued throughout the repair of our coach and even after our coach was returned home.
