Too expensive for the work. One year he tried to unclog my sewer, cause our city water and sewer personnel say we must call a plumber first before they come out and we have to pay for the trip,but Brinkley said he charge a hundred dollars and hr. to drop the line into the ground, ok,the only problem was he didn't stay and hr,or did he unclog the sewer, then told us what we already knew that it was the main hole,on the city's end that has the problem and they were responsible for repairing it, and they (the city) already knew... read more
