This is my 3rd year in my apartment, and I truly love it here. I really appreciate the great communication from Ms Casey and that maintenance makes sure any tickets I put in are fixed in a timely manner.
I’m not sure why it’s been so difficult to get in touch with this property. Despite multiple attempts, no one seems to answer the phones. As someone interested in leasing here, it’s disappointing because responsiveness is an important first impression of a property’s management team.
Nice apartment , big a spacious community is quite no pest or bugs and leasing manager is good at communication
update: I’ve been here 3 years now and I still feel the same about living here. A great place! I’ve Been Living Here For 2 Years Now & Ms Casey Makes Sure Everything Is Taken Care Of In A Timely Manner. It’s Quiet And I’ve Never Had Any Issues. I Love It Here
Brinkley manor has been a great place to live. Management Ms Cassy has been amazing from the first day I applied 3 years ago very helpful and professional . Apartment complex is very well maintained and clean . Very quite complex with great maintenance workers.
