I continue to love the way the apartments and grounds are so well maintained. Thank you Ms. Casey and kudos to you and your staff.
Brinkley Manor is a small quiet complex and the units are very spacious. Never an issue with getting things done and the manager Ms. Casey has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. She made us feel welcomed from the start and has continued that as tenants.
This has been a great complex real quiet & property management be definitely on it! The property manager Ms. Casey is very kind & great at communicating with me on anything. I love that she is very great at what she does and makes me feel like this is home. Maintance is also on time and quick which is a plus. I appreciate everything and would definitely refer this complex.
I’ve had a good experience living here! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and professional, and the office team truly makes residents feel valued. As long as you mind your business, you’re good—it’s a good place to live. Special shoutout to the property manager, DaDa Casey, for always going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking!
I have been living at Brinkley Manor for 5 years now. I started living there before current management and I must say things didn’t go downhill like how it be with some complexes changing management. Ms. Casey (current property manager) is AMAZING! Very nice and sweet! She cares about her tenants and does a great job making sure that our needs are met and we're comfortable with our living space.
