I have been living at Brinkley Manor for 4 years now going on 5 this year. They have switched management since I've been living here and I must say that although management changed, the great customer service provided and quality of living at this complex did not. I must say our current Property Manager, Ms. Casey is AWESOME! Very nice and sweet! I am a long time resident at Brinkley Manor and love my home and neighborhood. I moved in under a different property manager and company years ago. Since the new company has taken over and Ms. Casey the property manager has been in charge I have had no complaints about anything. I would highly recommend living here.
I’ve been living in Brinkley Manor for almost a year, and I am renewing my lease to stay for another year. Ms Casey has been such a great help with anything I need and has great communication.
I have not one complaint about Brinkley Manor. Maintenance is on time. Leasing office is Punctual and Kind. My neighbors are neighborly! Washer & Dryer is the best amenity.☺️
Ms Dada Casey The property manager goes beyond the call of duty to help ensure that all the tenants are updated and address all issues . Her integrity is Stella to none. She and her management team responses promptly to all calls and issues on the property within 24 hours personally., During the Covid error Her management team posted links for resources for people who were in trouble with paying their rent to help ensure they have a place to stay . This is why I have stayed at Brinkley Manor,. She is the best.
