absolutely the worst attorney in Gainesville Texas in my opinion
Paid 3000 upfront to hand probate a few months after my father passed away. Said it would take a couple of months. It's been over a year and 3 months. Myself, my mother, and my sister have been trying to get a hold of him to see how it is progressing. All we get is his voicemail. On my last visit to have him do my will I left him a note from my mother to contact her. That was over a month ago and still no contact from him. Found out today that he hasn't filed papers with the court.
Paid up front for 2 separate issues. 1 being custody of my child that I had while paying child support and raising. For a year I heard every excuse as to why nothing was being done all the while not returning calls for months and leaving voice messages,..... informed through email wanted refund as needed to find another lawyer and have been calling once a week for over a month and yet to hear anything!
