Update: 1/2026 PLEASE DO NOT PULL TO THE TOP GATE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CODE OR CARD YOU ARE CAUSING TRAFFIC BOTH WAYS! AFTER 5PM YOU MUST USE THE TOP GATE! DO NOT PULL UP TO THIS GATE IF YOU KNOW YOU CANT GET IN. THE BOTTOM GATE IS CLOSED PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND READ THE NOTICES THEY LEAVE! Been living here before Brinkley Townhomes came to play. Good evening, just want to give Mr. Lorenzo thanks for sending Mr. Flex to my apartment so promptly. Mr. Felix did a great job and it’s very professional And knows what he’s doing. He fixed the problem for me and went above and beyond to make sure that I wouldn’t have the problem again. God bless them both.
We've lived here for a while now and I can say I appreciate the gated community and the fast response to maintenance calls.
