Love love love Ms. Arnold. However, I dont understand how there isn’t a maintenance on call during the weekend. Have a person for the morning and a person at night. If there is a rodent issue.. are tenants suppose to sit and live with them. I love everything about this area and this complex but the raise in rent every year and not seeing amenities get better is testing my patience. If I could give zero stars I would but it makes you put one star just to put the comment… Worst place you can ever choose to move to the mold inside of the apartment in the mold they talk about in the comments is real…. I never known it till all this came through my walls and made my walls black……. After they patched it up I looked behind the HVAC unit and this was what I seen tons of black mold had me sick in my apartment for two months do not move here I repeat do not move here
I must say that I am very pleased so far. The property is always clean and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. I want to give a very special shout-out to Ms. Rosemary Dunn. She has always been professional and polite when I reach out to her. Most importantly for me, her response is prompt. I love it here!
I was looking for apartments in the area and came across Brinkley House. I called and spoke with Shemeka initially. She informed me that she wasn’t apart of the leasing team but she answered my questions the best to her ability. She did let me know the requirements before she transferred to the right department. She was the most patient I spoke to, and I really appreciate that and needed that with answering my questions. Thank you Shemeka ❤️
Moved back to Brinkley House 2 years ago and I love you! The customer service from their office is always top tier and maintenance always coming within 2 hours of putting a ticket in. Shout out to Shameka and Felix they are the BEST!!!!!
