Everywhere you go.. there will be issues. I have lived here for 3 yrs. And I have definitely had mine. But one thing I can say is Mr. Felix…. He comes through with a smile and ALWAYS a positive demeanor. Every time I have had to call after hours, he comes to my rescue. Never has an issue with doing his job. Thanks Mr. Felix 🙌🏽 Your one of the most positive people here!
There will be necessary safety upgrades to the premises soon and as such we must evacuate. Ms. Dunn has been so accomadating and will be putting my daughter and I in a hotel until the services are completed. I'm grateful.
I WISH I could give a zero but it won’t let me this is the worst complex ever. My apartment was broken into no window does Tampa with no doors but unfortunately all of a sudden nobody knows what happened. I’m the only person that lives there only I have a set of keys, but the property is telling me they don’t know who broke into my apartment so evidently it had to be The maintenance man. There's a loud knocking noise in the pipes above me that continues to bang, and keeps me up all night. After being ignored by management for months, they finally reached out to me and said "there's nothing we can do about that", and then went back to ignoring my emails.
