Had to call maintenance today due to bathroom ceiling leaking and the maintenance man FELIX was very pleasant and took care of the issue immediately. Good job my friend!
Felix is wonderful give this man a pay raise !!!
When something needs fixing only have one good maintenace man which is Felix that will fix things in apartment. The rent is high and goes up a lot. I don't management is really concern about keeping apartment fixed, but they want their rent money.
Ms D*** was polite and professional and provided what was needed to make my visit successful.
