Genuinely I wish I could leave this complex it is so horrible. There’s always poop in the front of the building cause no one likes to clean up after their dogs. There’s always an issue with the AC unit. When it’s too hot outside the AC sucks & your apartment will be 80 degrees. When it’s winter time the heat fails. It’s always something. But the newest issue is MICE. I called Maintenace a week ago because I saw a mouse. They came while I wasn’t home & I didn’t notice anything new that they did. Most recent review July 2026. My bathroom sink was leaking and Mr. Felix put in a new sink for us. I also requested the shelf under the sink be replaced and that was done also. All was completed the next day after reviewing the matter. THanks Mr. Felix job well done?
MICE, MICE, AND MORE MICE!!! As I am writing this review a mouse just ran out of my bedroom closet. I moved here in January 2026 top floor. I have caught 4 mice in this unit with no telling how many more are on the loose in here! I have put in numerous requests about this issue as well as others. The first time I caught one I was supposed to receive a search and seal but never got it. Maintenance just sent an exterminator to lay down a couple sticky traps. My A/C unit was not working in my apartment, I called placed a work order for my unit to be fixed the next day with Lorenzo, Lorenzo called me the next day to advise me that Maintenance were on their way to fix my unit. Edward was the maintenance person who was assigned to take care of the issue. He arrived on time, he assessed the problem and answered my questions while he was working. I want to thank Mr. Felix for coming into my apartment and rescuing me from the water damage from my AC I had called previously 4 times no one responded on Thursday 6/18/2026 and no one answered their phones when I called on Saturday, he was the only one that answered the phone and came over promptly to help me with the water situation. I am very grateful for him, you should have many more like him. very professional, nice and gets the job done and clean up behind himself cleaning up behind himself
