After calling the store I went to get some advice for having a necklace repaired. An over-tanned older lady finally came over and was soo rude, abrupt and dismissive, I finally was able to speak with the actual goldsmith but he just got cut off by her: In the end I just politely thanked them and left. I see others have had similar experiences with her it’s a shame because she’s ruining your business
My husband bought my engagement ring here and they adjusted it in hours because they knew we live abroad. The team is very knowledgeable and honest, we had an enjoyable conversation about jewellery with them. We would go back for sure
I popped into Brinkhaus Jewellers today for their 1-hour express rhodium plating service for my engagement ring and wedding band and couldn’t be happier. The store itself is cool, calm and beautifully decorated — such a relaxing space to be in. The staff were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience effortless. At just $50 per ring, the service was great value and the results were stunning. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
