Doris and Carl are amazing! Doris has a rare talent for looking at any piece of jewellery and knowing how to modernise and redesign to suit your taste. I couldn't recommend Brinkhaus enough. Exceptional quality, the staff are highly experienced (owner), service outstanding and all for a very good price. I buy all my jewellery from this store, and if I had more money, I'd spend it here.
I visited Brinkhaus Jewellers today for rhodium plating. My two rings were replated and also they secured the setting of my diamond and reshaped the ring in only two hours for a very good price and they look brand new. I highly recommend the service and staff! I will be back to have more rings done. Thanks Again!!

After calling the store I went to get some advice for having a necklace repaired. An over-tanned older lady finally came over and was soo rude, abrupt and dismissive, I finally was able to speak with the actual goldsmith but he just got cut off by her: In the end I just politely thanked them and left. I see others have had similar experiences with her it’s a shame because she’s ruining your business
