I bought a brand new Brinkerhoff home 3 years ago and had a great experience. My husband and I are very picky and everything was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the home is first rate. The home is very energy efficient. We love our new Brinkerhoff home!
We recently moved into a new construction home built by Brinkerhoff Enterprises, a residential real estate builder based in Flemington, NJ, whose president is Ronald Brinkerhoff. While it looks good on the outside, the construction company employed very poor sub-contractors who did very sub-standard work on the interior. There have been problems with everything from hardwood floors, to tiles, to plumbing, carpeting and painting.
