I don’t post many reviews, but I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brinker and wanted to share it. My dentist told me several years ago that I had some receding gums (likely brushing too hard over the years), and I needed gum graft surgery to avoid problems with those teeth down the road. Life is busy, and after procrastinating for several years, I decided to get it done for the long term health of my teeth and gums. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Brinker’s services. I had a gum surgery. It sounds so scary, right? I followed the post-op guidance with diligence. Honestly, I was so anxious, so afraid. Now, I am ashamed of the “fuss”. Dr. Brinker took the time to thoroughly explain my procedure. Before and during the surgery everyone was kind, light being and very educated. I do not recommend this office despite how friendly Dr. Brinker and her staff are. I was referred to Dr. Brinker’s office by my dentist. I have been with my dentist office for years and haven’t really questioned their integrity until after this referral to Dr. Brinker’s for a gum graft. In retrospect, I suspect that it was a “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours” type of situation and I think that even more now that Brinker has expanded into a location in the same office building as my dentist in Novato. Dr. Brinker and staff are truly amazing! Christina in the office greets you with a smile, kindness and understanding. Then Kim assists Dr. Brinker with compassion, humor and puts you at complete ease before and after the procedure. The entire staff are extremely friendly, competent, efficient and professional. I went to another Periodontist before I thankfully found Dr. Brinker. After leaving his office I had a bad feeling. I felt that something was wrong with his diagnosis that would have cost me double.
