Truly wish there was something POSITIVE TO SAY but there is not. The law is intended to treat all Americans as equal. This firm does not do that. If you are a female, stay away. You will be gaslight and minimized. Treated as less than. But they are more than happy to take your money. It’s so sad that they are doing. The billing office does not respond to any questions regarding your bill which makes me think they are hiding something.
BE WARNED: Do not use. Unprofessional. Look at the other reviews on here. The firm is an “ambulance chasing firm”. Looking to CASH in on your situation. Good look trying to figure out the accuracy of their billing. Errors. Incorrect charges. No response to any questions on the billing. Stay away. Use ZOOM LEGAL.
WARNING! WARNING! Worst experience in my life. Negative 10 stars. Billing errors. Questionable accounting. None responsive to any form of communication. The attorney at the firm called DS. She was ineffective, seemed to not understand the law, used hostile and intimidation when I asked questions regarding billing and financial questions. The reason we all hate law firms is because of law firms like this.
Jeff Hane one star for promptness, 1 star for personalization, one star for performance, 1 star for charging too much for work that was not completed right and had to redo his work. One for causing a family more stress than needed. Paperwork that was given had to be resubmitted. Could not get money sent out to the right people proportionately. Addresses had to be given twice. He has charge for many hours of service which he did not complete right the first time......
Tried to get my mom to help me talk to them because I know nothing about legal systems. After a week of back and forth they refused to talk to her and to only talk to me. I got 30 seconds in the phone call for them to tell me they can't do anything. Thank you for time wasted, no help, and a lack of empathy.
