Mr Brink is an extremely knowledgable Florida estate planning lawyer. He offered sound advice for our particular situation, was extremely prompt and responsive (completed in just a couple weeks), and his kindness throughout the process was a nice bonus. I flew to Florida from Arizona to help my mom set up a trust with an attorney. Met with Mr. Brink for a consult which my mom did pay for - he suggested the type of trust and we all agreed on the price. I immediately made copies and put all the information together he requested while in Florida. Sent it, and then flew back to AZ. He never contacted us. Mr Brink is an excellent attorney in the area of estate planning and probate matters and I recommend him to anyone in need of these services! I read reviews from people that stated differently, but in each situation this involved telephone calls. He is not big on phone calls and frequent contact. I will imagine that if you give him a large retainer, he will play the part of babysitter. As the saying goes, time is money.
