Edited Review: Previously had given David 5 stars due to his attentiveness with items I had asked specifically about and keeping myself, my husband, and my dad in the loop. Almost a year later we are redoing our kitchen and found TWO live, uncapped wires under our subfloor. These could’ve been found with testing done on the breaker box. We are very lucky we didn’t have a leak under our sink as one of the wire was near insulation and directly under the sink pipes.

Working with David was a wonderful experience. He is thoughtful, efficient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions and made sure to follow up multiple times. He made the inspection process a breeze and I feel equipped with the knowledge I need going forward. Thank you, David! 5 stars+++++

David was such a pleasure to work with. His inspection was very thorough and he answered any and all questions about the house. He even shared his carrot with the horse! Thanks so much for making the inspection process painless and so informative!

What really stood out was his willingness to answer all of our questions without rushing and his ability to point out not just current issues, but also... read more

I’ve used David for two home purchases. His report is very detailed and thorough.
