We had such a great experience with this company! David came out to our house over three days to diagnose and repair our refrigerator. He gave us a fair price on the repairs, answered all of our questions and really tried to make sure we didn’t have to fix an excess amount of parts just to make extra money. This is the kind of service you can only get from a small business! Would absolutely recommend and call them again if we have issues with appliances in the future!
Technician came out to replace drain pump. We went out of town so tonight we did a load of laundry. The washer doesn’t spin or drain at all now, it’s worse than before we called. We were charged 320 dollars for absolutely nothing.
They came out and looked at my Samsung dryer which was not heating up. The lady replaced the heating element, then said that wasn’t the problem and put the original back in. She then said it was the motherboard and they would have to order one. I asked that she keep me in the loop regarding the turnaround on that. 2 weeks later I followed up, got a we don’t know. Called about a broken microwave. A technician came out and told me what the issue was, and was honest about the cost to fix vs buying a new one. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. If I have any other appliance issues in the future I'll be definitely use their expertise again.
