Absolutely the Worst Florist Experience – Ruined My Wedding! If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Eugenia was the biggest mistake of my entire wedding planning process. Dealing with her was a true nightmare from start to finish. She were unprofessional, rude, and utterly unreliable. I provided clear instructions, detailed inspiration photos, and had multiple conversations to ensure everything would be perfect. Eugenia was AMAZING!!! We had her bartend my wife's 40th birthday party, which was a casual get together at our house. This is our first time hiring a bartender, and Eugenia walked us through every step, to make sure our event went off without a hitch. I feel so lucky I found Eugenia and her team for my wedding. They made everything from start to finish feel so flawless. One of my guests had a food allergy and Austin quickly made something special for her. I had already hired a caterer before I spoke with Eugenia about needing servers and bartenders and I almost think it would have been worth loosing my deposit and hiring them for the catering as well! The level of service and professionalism was just amazing !!!
We decided to have our wedding reception in our backyard, but ONLY if we could find someone to help with all the details, including organizing the event to serving, bartending and cleaning up.
