Three weeks ago, Bring the Cool (BTC) was assigned to my warranty A/C repair. It was determined that the air handler was shot. The warranty company agreed to replace the air handler. BTC sent an invoice of $2651, for non-covered items, but BTC refuses to explain the individual charges. BTC does not answer their phone (Only Voice Mail) I have called/emailed several times BTC refuses answer my questions.
