I had a friend that took some classes here and he absolutely loved it❤ this is a smaller gym but you definitely get a great workout and Maurice used to be a trainer at the YMCA so I met him there and he is a super cool guy and always very helpful and very knowledgeable👍
What I like about this place is the atmosphere and the coaches are very patient .
Greatest trainer!!! I never leave disappointed.
