Jacksonville what are you doing? You all need to run to Brine. This place is the epicenter of flavortown, culinary creativity, and perfect execution. I double dinnered again… lol. Gnocchi with earthy mushrooms, morsels of lamb, fava beans, and a perfectly cooked Chilean sea bass was just the beginning. i had the charred octopus and it was sooo good!! (bottom dish) tastes amazing and smoked. would’ve never guessed it was octopus!! my mom had the halibut, she said it was amazing, phenomenal even!! my server (jake) was amazing and made sure my mom and i were always good and glasses always full, very attentive and observant. the outside dining is amazinggg and in such a cute secret location!! definitely recommend.

Where do I even begin?! This was my second visit and I’m already planing my next. The caviar, oysters, halibut, lobster cannelloni all incredible. We enjoyed champagne with our apps and a nice bottle of Sancerre with our main courses. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are so friendly and inviting and really care about your dining experience. We requested Collet and she is just a doll! Thank you Brine for another incredible dining experience.
