I was treated very well by your service lady. She gave an estimate as to how long it would take and she said that if I wasn't back then she would ring me. This she did and got the timing spot on. Many other companies say they will ring when the car is ready but don't and we have to chase them. She arranged my next service plan. She was a lovely lady to deal with. I was impressed with the video taken under my car showing tyre tread, brakes etc. Overall completely satisfied
I purchased a used car back in April. The transaction itself was fine. However when the car was delivered it was filthy inside and out, despite being told it would be valeted. The dealer promised to rectify this but after chasing a couple of times I appear to have been forgotten.
Mark provided excellent service once again. This is the second Bayon we have had through Brindley. They were very professional in their handling of the process. As a dealership, I would recommend them to anyone.
