The best mechanic shop in the GTA. Brian and Wayne are honest people who do great work. They are very knowledgeable and genuine. Definitely worth a visit! Especially so if you own a Volvo!
Like the other reviews noted, you couldn't ask for a more honest guy. Brian is amazing as is the other mechanic Wayne. This is a tiny hole-in-the-wall place but gave me better advice in one visit than the 7 years at my dealership. If you need warranty work, this is not your place but honest service, no better. He did my rear brakes and oil change at probably 50% less than I would have paid at the dealer.
Brindle Automotive must be in the top 3 for a non-dealer Volvo specialist in Toronto. It’s owned/run by a former Volvo dealer master mechanic and in the last decade I’ve brought 3 different models in to see them, after a friend recommended them for when my warranty coverage was up. He makes electrical repairs by twisting the wires together and covering them with electrical tape so they will eventually fail again. Sort of like job security
