BFP is a great place. The staff are always kind and friendly.
Reception staff were perfect.
Staff lovely and helpful. Doctor was rude. I removed my mask in your office as I had been wearing it in the waiting room for more than a hour and felt like I was suffocating. Staring at me not putting it back on was intimidating. You cannot catch asthma that I am aware of and I do not fake asthma. Never returning.
I have had nothing but a positive experience since being a patient at Brindabella Family Practice. From reception through to the health practitioners my needs are are always put first. Brindabella Family Practice makes my health journey easier to navigate and a positive experience.
No waiting today staff are friendly and helpful. My Doctor was on time a few minutes wait and addressed my needs.
