This company has given me and my fiancé pure issues. I’m hoping someone sees this review and reaches out to me. I’ve had my license suspended due to their carelessness and at this point I am considering arbitration or litigation of kind if the issue isn’t rectified as their mistakes have cost me tickets & suspension fees as I’m driving on a license that I THOUGHT was valid but wasn’t since this company didn’t respond to the DMV request for proof of insurance. Amazing staff. Jessica moss is on top of her game. Always gets back within minutes even off peak hours. Not a bad thing to say, call them and they will save you money and provide excellent service. Thanks !
They are one of the worst insurance companies. Took them 6 months to get my windshield replaced. The office staff is very rude and snobby. Would not recommend them to anyone
