I’ve been to several events that they’ve catered. All have been very good. They offered a variety of foods.
Brims owns the snack bar at the burnt cedar pool. Very disappointed with the food and service today. The $6 kids hot dog was cold and they were out of ketchup. But the worst was the burnt, no... charred to ashes turkey burger. I brought it back to them and they said "that's how we make it." I told them I had just had the turkey burger yesterday and it was appropriately chargrilled but they continued to argue with me until I insisted they re cook it because it was inedible.
