I can’t think of a prebooked appointment at this practice that has not been cancelled with no reason given for the cancellation. However when my Husband had to cancel one because he was ill he was ‘told off’ and said he would be given a warning! The dentists vary a lot, I have had one that was quite thorough but the last one I had looked at my teeth for all of 1-2 minutes, he barely spoke and didn’t seem to even do a scale and polish. We will be looking to go elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Was waiting 20 minutes which I completely understand. When I went in for my appointment I was not in there 2 minutes. No full checkup and told to floss more. Barely any of my teeth were checked. Not to pleased.
I used Brimington Dental Practice for about a year, scheduling routine appointments every three months for check-ups, hygiene treatments, and advice. While the care seemed thorough, the experience quickly felt like a money pit. Each visit required payment upfront, then again upon completion, which I found excessive. I am a new patient here, the service has been excellent from all the staff.
I definitely recommend Mohamed I can't praise him enough. A, caring, patient person who does an excellent job. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist, I no longer feel anxious about going for appointments with my Dentist at the Brimington practice.It's a 5 star plus from me 😊
