I had an outstanding experience at this dental office from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The front desk team was organized, friendly, and efficient, which made check-in and scheduling effortless. Dr. Brimhall was absolutely exceptional. Dr. Brimhall add all of his staff are very professional. Office, clean, orderly, etc. and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for any dental work.
Dr. Brimhall is a nice guy, but is staff is not great. The lady that cleans your teeth is abrasive at best and the front desk staff is incompetent. I was quoted $1500 to close a 3mm gap in my upper teeth by Dr. Brimhall, with the understanding that I was not covered by my insurance for orthodontics at 50. Less than a week later, the front desk called to inform me that the braces would be $4200!!! And, then we’re basically like, sorry, we don’t really care about you as a client. BEWARE: Bait and switch is in full force there.
It was my son's third time at the dentist appointment, because they were so kind and inviting it was easy for my son to feel safe while having his x-ray's done. We love how personable the staff is at Brimhall family dentistry. Thank for a great visit again!
