My in-laws purchased a new pup and not 2 weeks later he experienced a full degloving of his front leg from a tractor accident. They headed towards their vet and they had no surgeon on duty. So after a few phone calls I got Brimfield on the phone. They were closed but the vet was still there. My husband and father-in-law arrived shortly after and were met at the door by 5 staff and the vet. They rushed Charlie into surgery and saved his tiny life. I used to love this vet. New owners, new hours, not very good unless you are retired. I have had to call off work for walk in appointments that took way too long. Excuse me, but I need to go to work to be able to pay. They are now closed more than they are open. sigh. I guess I will need to find a new vet because of the very few hours this one offers. It is a shame because the staff has been very good.

I was at Brimfield Vet the other day for the first time with my 15 yr old dog Pebbles. Pebbles has some issues with getting older. I wasnt sure if it was time for the rainbow bridge. Dr Janelle suggested to try some meds for Pebbles. Two days later, Pebbles is doing so much better. I have been trying to find a net vet since mine had retired. The vet is excellent and the staff is so very kind.

After going to Brimfield Vet since the late 1980's when Dr Baker owned the practice and through Dr DelValle's ownership, I will never be going back again to see the new owner of the practice, Dr Janelle Gottuso. On December 20, 2021, they charged me $97.75 for a medication I could have purchased at the Ravenna Walmart Pharmacy for $55.65, which I found out after I got home, too late to return because I had already taken it out of their office. My dog is not easy to care for . He bites, wont be still, has to have a muzzle. They are great with him. They understand his history of being a rescue dog
